As the name states, a single person holding the entity is resisted under OPC (One Person Company). As per this act, there can only be one member & one director (who can act as a member as well). The registration OPC enjoys its benefits and there can be a maximum of fifteen directors under this company. The required Documents for registration OPC are as mentioned:

- DIN of the Director
- Address proof & PAN card of the Director
- Address proof of the Business

1. DSC of the Director for Registration OPC
Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is a secure and authentic way to submit a document electronically. The Subscriber & Directors need to have DSC which authenticates documents on their behalf and acts as a signature for them.
2. DIN of the Director for OPC Registration
A DIN (Director Identity Number) is mandatory to register OPC (One person company).
3. Address proof & PAN card of the director for Registration OPC
which can include an Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, PAN card, or any other document provided by the government.
4. Address proof of the Business for Registration OPC
Which can be an electricity bill, water bill, MCD bill, or any document provided by a Gazetted office that can authenticate the address of the company.
5. ID & Address proof of the nominee for OPC Registration
which can include an Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, PAN card, or any other document provided by the government for those individuals who can act as Nominees of the OPC.
